HOW WE SHIP
We ship by carrier freight which means a full size semi will be delivering to your location. If you are a commercial site with a dock or forklift and regular hours of business - awesome! If you are having your press delivered to a residential address where you will need help getting it out of the semi, no problem. We ship all residential machines in a truck with a liftgate. A liftgate allows the truck driver to roll the pallet out onto the lift and lower it to the ground. The driver will not assist beyond removing the pallet from the liftgate as most carriers have a strict policy against assisting onto your property. So once the press is off of the truck it is up to you to see it through the final leg of its journey into your workshop. Bring friends, rent a towable engine hoist or have a forklift delivered for the day!
The press comes fully assembled minus the casters being attached. It has four - 3/8" bolts securing it to the pallet with a box full of casters, any additional dies and your manual. The bolts will need a 9/16" socket to be removed and to install your casters once the press is loose.
